I was seeing my shifts, but now I’m not.

If you are suddenly not seeing shifts that you believe you should be seeing, first try refreshing your page. If that does not work, log out and log back in to reload the data. If that still does not work, email [email protected] for further assistance.

What timezone are my shifts in?

Your shifts are localized to your computer’s timezone. If your computer is in EST, your shifts will be in EST. If your computer is in PST, your shifts will be in PST.

I’m seeing shifts that I am not expecting to see.

If you are seeing shifts that don’t match up with your expectations, reach out to your manager and to confirm schedules haven’t changed.

How do I view shifts in the past, or far in the future?

The standard list view of shifts shows you all shifts you have in the next 7 days. To view any other shifts, click on the calendar button on the top right corner. This will allow you to choose a month and day, and see any shifts for that time. Days where you have a shift will have a green circle around them.

Am I able to view the shifts of my teammates in Arya?

Yes! To view team shifts, click on the calendar button on the top right corner of the page. Below the calendar is a button that says “See Team Shifts”. Toggle it to view all team shifts on any day you select.
