Arya is a tool that allows you to view and apply for available shifts that fit your schedule preferences. To access, go to app.aryaworks.com.

Arya will send a text or email when new shifts are available for which you are eligible to apply. Click on the link in the message to log into Arya via an authentication code. From the dashboard, you can view the shift details and apply for shifts you would like to take.
If approved, you will receive an email confirming that it’s been assigned to you. Click the link and you’ll be able to log into Arya via an authentication code.
You may also make a request to cancel a shift in Arya. Select the shift from the My Shifts list and click Cancel on the bottom. Enter an explanation for your request to submit. If approved, you will be notified, and the shift will be removed from your schedule list.
Please note that a manager must approve the cancelation request. You are still responsible for the shift unless you get confirmation, and it is removed from My Shifts in Arya.
Cancelation requests cannot be made in Arya within 48 hours of the scheduled start time of a shift. In this case, you must call the office and speak with a manager directly.
Arya can also be used to request a shift swap. Select the shift from My Schedule list and click Swap on the bottom. Select the clinician you are planning to swap the shift with. Once approved, the shift with be assigned to the other clinician and will be removed from your My Shifts in Arya.
After you apply for a shift, you’re able to withdraw your application if necessary. To do so, locate the shift you wish to withdraw and click on it. Select Remove Application. This will remove your application, and it will no longer be under review.
