This document provides a streamlined approach to managing open shifts in Arya, focusing on an enhanced patient view and intuitive scheduling. This guide outlines the steps to efficiently navigate and utilize the new features for optimal shift management.
Introducing the new patient view for open shifts in Arya. When accessing open shifts in Arya, you will encounter a refreshed interface.
Rather than displaying individual shifts sequentially by date, a more intuitive approach is now available. At the top, you can choose from options such as 'Earliest' shifts, which displays upcoming shifts by patient, 'Nearest', which shows shifts for patients closest to your location, and 'Best Fit', which considers factors like location and preferences to match you with suitable patients.
There are additional filters to refine your search, allowing you to focus on specific days of the week and times of the day. For instance, selecting Monday mornings will display patients with shifts available during those times.
By clicking on the shift time you like, all future available shifts at this time for this patient will be displayed.
For more information about the patient, select the 'Details' tab to view necessary skills and general location. If you wish to apply for multiple shifts, you can select all and apply for them simultaneously.
